Sagar Dubey ("Consultant") provides AI SEO consulting services including but not limited to: technical SEO audits, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), programmatic SEO, content strategy, AI visibility audits, and ongoing retainer consulting.
All services are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing (email or signed proposal) prior to commencement.
Audit fee: ₹5,000 (non-refundable)
This is a paid, professional audit. There are no free audits offered.
The ₹5,000 SEO audit includes:
Delivery timeline: Audit report delivered within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of required access credentials.
Required from client: Google Search Console access (view permission), GA4 read access, and website URL(s).
Payment is due before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The ₹5,000 audit fee is non-refundable once the audit has been initiated. For ongoing retainers, please refer to the cancellation terms below.
Audits: Non-refundable once work has commenced (audit initiation confirmed by email).
Retainers: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Any work delivered up to termination is billable at the agreed monthly rate pro-rated to days worked.
Project work: Deposits (typically 50%) are non-refundable. Balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables produced specifically for their project (reports, content, strategies).
The Consultant retains the right to reference the engagement in their portfolio and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, website analytics, business strategies, and any materials marked as confidential.
SEO and AI search visibility involves Google's and AI systems' algorithms, which are not within the Consultant's control. While the Consultant uses best-in-class practices and has a strong track record, no specific ranking or traffic outcomes are guaranteed.
Past results (e.g., ₹2.95M+ revenue, 1.5× traffic growth, 57 keywords Top 5) are real but reflect specific client contexts and timelines. Individual outcomes depend on website authority, budget, competition, and timeline.
The Consultant's total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Consultant is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
